How multipurpose amenities help tenants during the pandemic

We are living in an unusual time, where the whole population has had to adjust to months of living indoors and without social interaction. When certain areas of the world loosen their tight lockdowns and others backtrack, it’s obvious that the pandemic has made an indelible mark on our understanding of home living.

The amenities provided by property management firms have changed as a result of this shift. Although some common areas and services are in high demand due to social distancing and other constraints, others are much less From pool patios to shared work areas, we look at the facilities that homeowners like the most and where property managers can direct their efforts.

Many locals have been more at ease than they’d like to say since March. And, as a result of this seismic change in nearly every part of their lives, those services have become more commonplace, if not necessary, for getting through the day. The following are some of the most common condo, single-family, and multi-family facilities right now.

First, we have patios and roof decks. Outdoor spaces, especially in apartment buildings are becoming more popular in areas where the weather permits. They encourage residents to interact outdoors while adhering to social distancing, and they eliminate the need for costly air filtration systems. Property managers will, as in other common areas, have to consider capacity limits based on state regulations. Consider an app-based amenity reservation system that allows you to limit the number of people who can use those places at any given time.

Secondly we have swimming pools and fitness centres. Residents will seek an in-home option for their fitness needs as remote employment becomes more permanent. Larger spaces with multi-use equipment that reduces the need to travel between different devices should be considered by property managers. At each stop, a good air filtration device and plenty of sanitising wipes would be essential. Outdoor wellness options can be considered by property owners in places where the weather is pleasant. They will transform the now-defunct lounging areas into stretching or meditation areas.

Third, we have family sharing spaces. Last year, play and hobby spaces werevery popular, particularly in apartment buildings with young professionals. Some property managers have also included arts and crafts studios and maker spaces in their offerings. But, as individuals become less social, these types of facilities can become obsolete. Shared instruments will need to be washed or removed on a regular basis. And finally we have; backyards and playgrounds! Fun right? A backyard is already a valuable function when handling single-family or multi-family homes. A backyard was significant in nearly 47 percent of single-family residents and more than 50 percent of multi-family residents’ rental decisions, according to a survey. As households remain enslaved, a backyard becomes an important outlet for keeping children alive, and they are becoming much more valuable resources than ever.

All the incredible aforementioned amenities are present in Valmark CityVille, a Large community of exclusive, private, luxury villaments situated next to the gorgeous Hulimavu lake.
